PERFECT PROPORTIONS FOR A GRAND CLASSIC.
The appearance of the GRAND LANGE 1 is characterised by new aesthetic dimensions and proportions. To transpose the balanced dial layout of the LANGE 1 to the new larger model, the movement was not only simply enlarged. A totally new calibre was developed, with proportions perfectly matched to the dial. This made it possible to arrange the indications for hours, minutes, and seconds in a non-overlapping and optimally legible manner.

To preserve the harmony of the displays down to the very last detail, the outsize date was also modified proportionally with the case and is now the largest date of all Lange watches so far. The state of wind of the mainspring barrels is indicated by the UP/DOWN power-reserve indicator. When fully wound, the watch has a power reserve of three days. In all models, the hands are made of solid gold.

The GRAND LANGE 1 comes in 18-carat gold or platinum and a luxuriously supple crocodile strap. The buckle with the engraved Lange signature is also crafted from gold or platinum and the embossed crown is solid gold. The sapphire-crystal caseback reveals the exquisite Lange L095.1 movement.
